• Email address: Used to send a verification link and notify you of changes to your review. Never displayed publicly.
• Unit number: Used solely for identity verification. Never displayed publicly under any circumstances.
• Building name: Displayed alongside your nickname on your published review.
• Nickname: Displayed publicly on your review.

Data Retention

Your information is retained as long as your review exists on the platform. Deleted reviews are soft-deleted and retained for audit purposes but excluded from public display.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only accessible to platform administrators.
